A Complete solution from design to delivery

Container and modular building projects involve technical decisions, production planning, logistics, and documentation. Managing these as one coordinated process helps reduce risk and improve project outcomes.

In-house design and engineering

Our team defines the container structure, layout, technical systems, and production requirements in-house. This keeps design, manufacturing, and final use aligned from the beginning

Production planned by project needs

Each container project is planned based on schedule, quantity, technical scope, and delivery target. The production model is selected to match the project instead of forcing every build into the same process.

Manufacturing in EU or China

Projects are manufactured using the most suitable production model based on technical requirements, scope, and delivery targets. Smaller or time-critical projects benefit from flexible production, while larger or more complex builds are carried out in a scalable factory environment.

Quality control through the full build

Structure, materials, technical systems, and finishing are checked throughout production. Quality control continues from engineering and manufacturing to final delivery.

We take responsibility from first requirement to final delivery, combining design, engineering, and production into one controlled process.

From design to delivery

Custom container production timeline

Every custom container project follows a defined production timeline from engineering to final delivery. Production location, technical scope, and delivery targets are planned together early to keep the project moving efficiently.

Production selected by project size and schedule

Production is planned around project volume, delivery targets, and modification scope. Smaller container batches and time-critical projects can be manufactured in Europe for faster turnaround and closer coordination. Larger repeatable production volumes benefit from scalable factory capacity in China. The production model is selected based on what best supports the project schedule, technical requirements, and budget.

Technical scope defines the production model

Container structure, technical systems, and certification requirements all affect where production is carried out. Standard modifications, interior fitting, and equipment integration can be completed locally, while larger structural modifications and certified factory work are typically produced through high-volume manufacturing. Our engineering team reviews each project individually to determine the most suitable production path.

Delivery planned around the installation schedule

Production, logistics, and installation are coordinated around the agreed deployment timeline. Early planning helps balance manufacturing location, transport efficiency, and project lead times before commissioning and site installation. From initial concept to final delivery, the project follows a structured process designed to reduce uncertainty and keep schedules on track.

After-delivery support and maintenance

The same engineering team supports projects across both production models. Technical support, maintenance planning, modifications, and lifecycle services help keep container systems operational throughout long-term use and changing project requirements. Support can continue well beyond delivery as operational needs evolve over time.

Frequently asked questions about our project process

How does a custom container project start?

Every project begins with a requirement review. We discuss the intended use, operating environment, technical systems, site conditions, and delivery objectives. Based on this information, we prepare an initial concept and recommend the most suitable solution.

What information is needed for a quotation?

The most useful information includes the intended application, required dimensions, technical systems, installation location, delivery schedule, and any industry-specific requirements. To help us understand the project, drawings, technical specifications, and other supporting documents can be attached to the quotation request form. The clearer the project scope, the faster we can prepare a solution proposal and budget estimate.

How is production planned for each project?

Production is selected according to the project’s technical requirements, delivery schedule, volume, and certification needs. The objective is to achieve the required quality, functionality, and lead time while keeping the project practical to execute.

Can containers be delivered fully equipped?

Yes. Units can be delivered with integrated electrical systems, HVAC, insulation, lighting, ventilation, partitions, specialized flooring, water systems, equipment installations, and other project-specific features already completed at the factory.

What happens after delivery?

The project does not necessarily end at delivery. The same engineering team supports projects across both production models, providing technical documentation, installation support, maintenance planning, modifications, and lifecycle services. This helps keep container and modular building solutions operational throughout long-term use and changing project requirements.
